"BUMA/STEMRA are two organizations in The Netherlands that operate as one single company that acts as the Dutch collecting society for composers and music publishers, and sometimes as a copyright owner ("© STEMRA" or "℗ STEMRA"). Normally, though, if mentioned on release by itself, please add this info to the rights societies field! Please do not use as label !
These days around 24,000 composers, lyricists and authors are affiliated to Buma/Stemra (founded in 1977). Buma/Stemra ensures that when their creations are used, they receive fair remuneration."
Purple Greetings,
Lutz
